> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://dub.co/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Partner details > Learn how to view and manage all your program partners, and view individual partners' profiles. > [!TIP] > > This feature is only available on [Business plans and > above](https://dub.co/pricing). ## Where to find your program partners In the **Partner Program** menu, click **All Partners** to see everyone in your program. ![Programs partners location](https://assets.dub.co/cms/program-partners-location.png) ## Partner table The partner table gives you a complete view of everyone in your program. By default, partners are sorted by **net revenue**, starting with your highest performers. This makes it easy to see who is driving the most value at a glance. ![Partners table](https://assets.dub.co/cms/partners-table-view.png) You can sort the table by any column header. For example, select **Conversions** to sort partners by the number of conversions instead of revenue. ### Columns You can customize which columns appear in the partner table. This lets you keep the table focused on the partner attributes and performance metrics that matter most to your workflow. | Column | Description | | - | - | | Group | The group this partner is in | | Tags | Tags assigned to this partner | | Enrolled | The date the partner enrolled in your program | | Location | The partner's declared location | | Clicks | Total number of clicks on the partner's links | | Leads | Total number of leads generated by the partner's links | | Conversions | Total number of leads that converted to paying customers | | Revenue | Total revenue generated by the partner's links | | Commissions | Total commissions paid to the partner for their referrals | | Net Revenue | Net revenue after commissions | | EPC | Earnings Per Click | | Avg LTV | Average lifetime value for each paying customer | | Click -> Lead | Percentage of clicks that become leads | | Click -> Conv | Percentage of clicks that convert to paying customers | | Lead -> Conv | Percentage of leads that convert to paying customers | | ROAS | Return On Ad Spend | ![Partners table](https://mintcdn.com/dub/32XO3cC_yv-pWHUT/images/dub-partners/all-partner-columns.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=32XO3cC_yv-pWHUT\&q=85\&s=c4241c33224fff2b2dcba3e21ff37869) Click the `Gear icon` in the top right of the table to enable or disable columns at any time. ### Filter and search Use filters to sort partners by group, status, or location. Filters help you spot top-performing partners. You can also use the search field to search by name, email, or link. This is helpful when looking for a specific partner. ![Partner filters](https://mintcdn.com/dub/32XO3cC_yv-pWHUT/images/dub-partners/all-partner-filters.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=32XO3cC_yv-pWHUT\&q=85\&s=013aa6ef38551ae126df40e2f95e0ca9) You can also use [partner tags](/help/article/partner-tags) to organize partners with flexible labels and filter your partner table by internal workflows, campaigns, or relationship type. **Status filter** Filter by status to see who’s active and who isn’t. | Status | Description | | - | - | | Approved | Partner has joined and can earn rewards | | Invited | Partners that have been invited to your program but haven't accepted the invite yet | | Declined | Partners that have declined your invitation to join | | Archived | Partner has been removed from the program | | Banned | Partners that you have banned from your program | | Deactivated | Partners that you've deactivated your partnership with. This could be used for ending a partnership for non abuse-related reasons (e.g. commercial/financial reasons). | ### More dropdown For each partner, click the `⋯` dropdown menu to see more controls. ![Partner controls](https://mintcdn.com/dub/gjugwDEnzkCYMXW5/images/dub-partners/partner-more-dropdown.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=gjugwDEnzkCYMXW5\&q=85\&s=d77940e203afbbf3033ce777b0b19876) These additional controls include: * **Approved partners**: View commissions, Change group, Update tags, Archive partner, Deactivate partner, and Ban partner * **Invited partners**: Resend invite and Delete invite * **Archived partners**: View commissions, Change group, Update tags, Unarchive partner, Deactivate partner, and Ban partner. * **Banned partners**: View commissions, Change group, Update tags, Unban partner, and [Permanently delete](#deleting-partners). * **Deactivated partners**: View commissions, Change group, Update tags, Reactivate partner, Ban partner, and [Permanently delete](#deleting-partners). ### Bulk actions To manage multiple partners at once, use the checkboxes to the left of each partner to select them. You can also select every partner on the page by clicking the checkbox in the top left of the table. ![Bulk actions in the partner table](https://mintcdn.com/dub/CbogYXlprYpFPTGV/images/dub-partners/partner-tag-table-bulk-edit.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=CbogYXlprYpFPTGV\&q=85\&s=ca5308d96c707daf8ff0aa2d48978d0c) Once selected, the following actions appear at the top of the table: | Action | Description | | - | - | | Change group | Move the selected partners into a different [partner group](/help/article/partner-groups) | | Update tags | Add or remove [partner tags](/help/article/partner-tags) for the selected partners | | Archive | Hide the selected partners from your partner list. Their links keep working and they continue to earn commissions | | Deactivate | Disable all active links for the selected partners. Their commissions and payouts stay intact | | Ban | Disable all active links and cancel all pending payouts for the selected partners | **Archive**, **Deactivate**, and **Ban** are in the `⋮` menu next to **Update tags**. This menu is only shown when you're viewing approved partners. In both cases, the selected partners are notified by email, and you can reactivate or unban them later if needed. ## Viewing partner details In the **Partner Program** menu, click **All Partners**, then click on a partner's row to open their details page. You'll also see partner discount codes if they have been added. To give a specific partner, or a single one of their links, a different [reward](/help/article/partner-rewards#partner-level-rewards) or [discount](/help/article/dual-sided-incentives#partner-level-discounts) than their group default, you can set a partner-level or link-level override. ![Create partner link](https://assets.dub.co/cms/create-partner-link.png) To reassign one of this partner's links to a different partner, open the link in the link builder, click the `⋯` more options button, and select **Assign to Partner**. Commissions the link has already earned stay with the original partner. [Learn more about reassigning partner links](/help/article/partner-link-settings#reassigning-links-to-another-partner). ### Payouts Click **Payouts** to see all payouts for a partner. [Learn more about partner commissions here](/help/article/partner-commissions). ![Partner commissions](https://assets.dub.co/cms/partner-commissions-filter.png) ### Manual commission Occasionally, you might need to create a one-off or recurring commission to account for a missed commission or other reasons. On Dub, you can easily create those commissions via the dashboard, and they will be included in the next payout for that partner. Click **Create commission** to get started. To access your partner's advanced settings, from their profile page, click the `⋮` dropdown and select **Advanced settings**. ![Advanced settings](https://mintcdn.com/dub/yr0e5uU9o-y5vgIO/images/dub-partners/advanced-settings.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=yr0e5uU9o-y5vgIO\&q=85\&s=52a94f03b085e99b339bb254484cca0b) #### Tenant ID If you need to update the partner's tenant ID, changing the ID here will update the [tenantId for all their links](/docs/concepts/links/organization#tenant-id) as well. This could potentially impact any custom integration you have set up, so only change if you're certain the information is correct and necessary. #### Customer data sharing Enabling this setting allows this partner to see customer data on any leads or sales the partner has made. Instead of the hidden email addresses, they will see the full customer email address and their name. They'll also be able to click through the customer to view the sales history. ![Partner customer view](https://assets.dub.co/cms/partner-customer-view.png) #### Ignore group move rules Enabling this setting allows this partner to stay within the set group, and ignore any [group move rules](/help/article/partner-groups#moving-partners-between-groups) that may apply to them. #### Exclude from risk monitoring Enabling this setting will exclude this partner from any risk monitoring, and they won't be able to be flagged for any [risk events](/help/article/risk-monitoring). Only enable this setting if you trust this partner completely. ## Exporting partners Click the `⋮` menu and choose **Export as CSV** to download your partner data for use anywhere. ![Partners dropdown](https://mintcdn.com/dub/1IU3ZiFxOBWyvKGz/images/dub-partners/export-partners-dropdown.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=1IU3ZiFxOBWyvKGz\&q=85\&s=08ebc5d926851c9eda8cd1f3340492cf) ## Deleting partners To permanently delete a partner, they must meet the following criteria: * The partner is `banned` or `deactivated` status * The partner must have no `clicks`, `leads`, `sales`, or `commissions` If the criteria is met, click the `⋯` dropdown menu and select `Permanently delete`. ![Delete partner](https://mintcdn.com/dub/1IU3ZiFxOBWyvKGz/images/dub-partners/partner-more-dropdown-delete.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=1IU3ZiFxOBWyvKGz\&q=85\&s=0b31a7a4fc85d7d15266f8493b6a5b9a) Permanently deleting a partner also deletes all of their assigned links and disables their discount codes. This action cannot be undone. > [!NOTE] > > Partners with activity cannot be deleted because their records are needed to > preserve accurate attribution, analytics, commission history, and reporting. > If a partner has activity but should no longer participate in your program, > deactivate or ban them instead.
