# partner.application_submitted

Occurs whenever a partner submits an [application](/docs/api-reference/program-applications/list) to your program.

## Response body parameters

All webhook payloads follow a consistent top-level structure with
event-specific data nested within the `data` object.

**id** `string`

The event ID.
**event** `string`

The event type that triggered the webhook (e.g., `partner.application_submitted`).
**createdAt** `string`

ISO 8601 timestamp when the webhook event was created.
**data** `object`

Event-specific data containing detailed information about the event. The
data object for the `partner.application_submitted` event contains the following
parameters:

**id** `string`

The application ID.

**createdAt** `string`

ISO 8601 timestamp when the application was submitted.

**partner** `object`

The partner who submitted the application.

**partner object**

**id** `string`

Unique identifier for the partner.

**name** `string`

Partner name.

**email** `string | null`

Partner email address.

**companyName** `string | null`

Company name, if provided.

**image** `string | null`

URL to the partner's profile image.

**description** `string | null`

Partner bio or description.

**country** `string | null`

Country code (e.g. `US`).

**groupId** `string | null`

ID of the partner group they applied to.

**status** `string`

Application status (e.g. `pending`).

**website** `string | null`

Partner website URL.

**youtube** `string | null`

YouTube profile URL.

**twitter** `string | null`

Twitter/X profile URL.

**linkedin** `string | null`

LinkedIn profile URL.

**instagram** `string | null`

Instagram profile URL.

**tiktok** `string | null`

TikTok profile URL.

**applicationFormData** `array | null`

Array of form fields submitted by the partner.

**form field object**

**label** `string`

The form field label.

**value** `string | null`

The value submitted for this field.
